The Villa has an Amazing private movie theater, complete with authentic theater seats, a portable A/C unit, surround sound and a 300+ DVD library! If you’re looking for something more challenging, the Game Room offers 5 arcade machines and a pool table! Of course, if you prefer something refreshing, you can swim or soak in the full-size pool/spa, located in the enclosed lanai. The Mickey Mouse room on the 1st floor includes a Nintendo NES Classic game console, while the Star Wars room on the 2nd floor has its very own Star Wars Arcade machine. The kiddos will always have more than enough to keep them busy!
The Villa has an open floor plan, a fully-equipped kitchen and includes all of the comforts of home! The kitchen was recently updated and now includes Stainless Steel Whirlpool appliances, a tile backsplash and granite countertops. In addition, the kitchen comes stocked with numerous small appliances, including a dual brew coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker, waffle maker, etc. The roof was changed in 2019. Both A/C units were replaced in 2021, as were the pool heater and pool pump! In addition, a blower was added to allow guests to enjoy bubbles, while relaxing in the spa. Gutters were added to the front of the home to eliminate water from cascading by the entry way. The soffit was reinforced to prevent wildlife from entering and nesting. Ceiling fans were added to each adult bedroom and outside under the patio.
Villa is currently used as a vacation rental property and is booked solid through September 2022. All current reservations will transfer to new owner, if desired.
Windsor Hills is a gated community located about 2 miles from Disney World Resort. It offers a 140,000 gallon lagoon style pool, water slides and splash pad.
